- Promotion Duration: 28/04/2024 00:01 CEST to 04/06/2024 23:59 CEST.
- The promoter of this €7,000,000 GTD Elite Series Spring Edition promotion is Guts.
- Some "ES" main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
- Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Elite Series Spring Edition related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
- If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Guts will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event.
- Guts will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once for each Weekly Qualification Period during the Promotion Duration, as defined below.

- Points formulas during the weekly Qualification Period:
- Play in an "ES" PKO tournament to earn 1 leaderboard point.
- Play in an "ES" non-PKO tournament to earn 2 leaderboard points.
- Knock out a player in an "ES" PKO tournament to earn 1 leaderboard point.
- Make it ITM in an "ES" tournament to earn 5 leaderboard points.
- Reach the Final Table in an "ES" tournament to earn 15 leaderboard points.
- Win an "ES" tournament to earn 25 leaderboard points.
- The player who reached the points first during the Weekly Qualification Period will be ranked at the higher position.
