Terms & Conditions
- This promotion runs from 02/09/2024 00:00 CEST until 05/01/2025 23:59 CET.
- Players must be 19 years of age or of applicable legal age in the jurisdiction of residence (whichever the greater) to participate in this promotion and have a valid registered Guts player account.
- The €3,200 package up for grabs includes:
- 7 nights’ accommodation at the luxurious Sheraton Hotel on a double occupancy with breakfast for two people (27th January-3rd of February 2025).
- 1 Grand Event Buy-in, worth $550.
- Activity Day with a choice of 5 different activities to choose from.
- €1300 Travel Money added to your Guts Account once you confirm your attendance to the event.
- Activities that are available to choose from the Activity Day are as follows and will need to be booked before the event starts:
- Coffee Tour in the Mountains: Explore the renowned coffee plantations and learn about the rich coffee culture of Costa Rica
- Pacuare White Water Rafting Adventure: Experience the thrill of rafting on one of the most beautiful rivers in the world.
- Zipline Adventure: Soar through the treetops and enjoy breathtaking views of the rainforest.
- Beach/Surf Day: Relax and unwind on the pristine beaches of Costa Rica. Catch some waves and enjoy a day of surfing in one of the top surf destinations.
- Golf Day: Near the Sheraton hotel enjoy a golf day with other players.
- Any package winner will be contacted by the Guts Poker team via email within 48 hours after the tournament is over.
- Any package won in this promotion is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the package to another player.
- In case the event gets cancelled, your package would be refunded in cash money on your Guts Account.
- All “€5 CRPF”, “€27 CRPF”, “€250 CRPF” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash and must be used during this promotion.
- All “€5 CRPF”, “€27 CRPF”, “€250 CRPF” entry tickets expire on 06.01.2025 and no compensation will be awarded should they not be used.
- It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.
- Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
- Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Guts shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Guts shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
- It's the package winner's responsibility to make the necessary travel arrangements in order to attend the event in Costa Rica.
- Any tickets won in freebuys or satellites during this promotion are valid until 05.01.2025 and will expire unless used before this date.
- By participating in The Costa Rica Poker Festival, the player agrees that their name, alias and picture might be used in commercial purpose. Players at the live event are not allowed to wear logos from another poker operator.
- Collusion or soft play from participants in any of the tournaments will result in disqualification and the loss of any prize gained in this promotion.
- Guts has the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and without notice.
