Terms & Conditions
  • Players must be 19 years of age or of applicable legal age in the jurisdiction of residence (whichever the greater) to participate in this promotion and have a valid registered Guts player account.
  • Please note that there are different age restrictions for entry to the casinos where the poker events take place. If you do not meet the age requirements for an event you would like to participate in, then you would need to use it for another event or transfer the Guts Live Pass to another player.
  • The Guts Live Pass and satellite tickets are valid for 12 months.
  • After winning a Guts Live Pass, you will be contacted by us within 72 hours via email. You will need to confirm your participation for the chosen poker event at least 14 days prior to the start of the event.
  • If one of the Live Events offered in this promotion is sold out before confirming attendance, the player needs to use the Live Pass on a different event.
  • Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and Guts cannot guarantee that you can be accommodated at the hotel closest to the event venue.
  • If a player wins multiple Live Pass packages, the player has the option to transfer additional packages to other players or use the additional packages on a later event.
  • A Guts Live Pass or satellite tickets cannot be reimbursed for cash.
  • Collusion or soft play from participants will result in disqualification.
  • We reserve the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude customers that we consider are trying to abuse the Promotion at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Promotion will be published in these rules. Any players who have been materially affected by the changes will be notified.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
  • This promotion is not available to anyone residing in Ontario, Canada.
