The Basic Stuff

• This offer is valid from 02.00 (CEST) on 19/05/2020 and will run every week until further notice.
• The €12,500 Weekly Twister Series will run every week between 02.00 (CEST) on Monday until 01.59 (CEST) the following Monday within the promotional dates, mentioned above.

What Can I Win?

• Compete for points to climb a weekly €12,500 leaderboard, by entering Twister Tournaments during the promo period.
• You get points for buy-ins at the following levels. There are bonus points for the winners:

• For example, if you register for a €10 Twister tournament and lose, you get 10 points. If you to win, you get 20 points.
• Each weekly leaderboard is broken down like this:

• The leaderboard will conclude every Monday morning at 01.59 (CEST).
• All weekly prizes will be paid out by 15.00 (CEST) every Monday after the leaderboard has reached its conclusion.
• In case of equal points, the player with more Twister tournament entries during the weekly qualifying period will be ranked at the higher position.
• Twister Entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Who can take part?

• To be able to play at Guts Poker, you must be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
• You must first opt-in via the Missions tab in the poker client.

The Boring But Essential Stuff

• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Guts will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Guts will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
• Guts and/or any third-party providing services to Guts in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the promotion with multiple accounts.
• Guts and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Guts and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Guts is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
• Employees, any family members of employees, of Guts (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this promotion.
• Guts and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in the Twister Races pursuant to this promotion.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
• Players residing in Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine, Serbia, Sweden, or Thailand are excluded from this promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined here.
• In the event of a conflict, the decision of Guts Poker management is binding and final.
• Guts has the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and without notice.
