1. Guts.com general casino bonus terms and conditions:

  1. All offers are limited to one per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
  2. To claim the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus the player must go to their reward section and select their welcome offer reward card. A minimum deposit of €10 is required to claim any deposit or reload bonus, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Alternatively, you can select the welcome offer reward card in our cashier.
  3. Players that deposit via Neteller, Skrill or Paysafecard are NOT eligible for the Welcome Bonus and or other deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated in the offer.
  4. If your bonus is not credited automatically, please contact Customer Care immediately so that we can credit the bonus for you manually. If the deposit has been played before the bonus is credited, we are not able to credit it to you.
  5. Please allow up to five minutes for the bonus to be credited.
  6. The deposit and bonuses are locked to the casino side until the wagering requirements are met.
  7. Standard wagering of at least 35 (thirty-five) times applies to deposit bonuses, before the funds can be withdrawn or played on other products, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer or campaign. For example: If you deposit €10 and are credited a €10 bonus, so a total of €350 (€10 x 35) must be wagered for the bonus to be withdrawable.
  8. Wagering requirements need to be fulfilled within 7 days since the bonus is credited, otherwise bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.
  9. Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus and or any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Thailand
  10. Unless otherwise stated each offer is valid only during the promotion period given in the offer

  12. Bets on red and black simultaneously or similar hedging bets without risk with an active bonus is prohibited.

  14. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited.
  15. For any bet, placed bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
  16. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet allowed on any game is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
  17. Your bonuses will be automatically forfeited if your bonus money account balance reaches €0.10
  18. Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Guts.com support or use the forfeit button under the ‘My Account’> ‘Bonuses’.
  19. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked".
  20. “Bonus Abuse” includes, but is not limited to:-
    • breach of terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer;
    • allowing third party to place bets on account where there is an active bonus
    • the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
  21. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, Guts reserves the right to:-
    • forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
    • revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or
    • block an access to particular products, and/or
    • exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or
    • terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
  22. Winnings from "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
  23. Guts.com management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
  24. Guts.com management have the right to update these rules at anytime.

  1. Any winnings from free spins will be credited to your real money balance, no wagering required (unless stated otherwise).
  2. For any free spins, you will have 24 hours in which to claim your free spins and 72 hours to play with them once claimed.
  3. If a deposit is required to trigger the free spins, than to make a withdrawal the deposit has to be wagered at least one time.
